I do! I find I start to get hot in situations at work as well. It's like as soon as my supervisor comes over to talk to me about
something (just an example, happens in other situations as well) my body just automatically heats up and then I notice that my heart is beating faster and I realize it feels like I was holding my breath. Even though my brain doesn't register that there is something to feel anxious about
, it seems like my body does and goes into that "fight or flight mode." It's really odd, and it also takes me a while to cool down as well. It's like the body anticipates anxiety before the brain does because it's so used to dealing with it or something. I don't really have any advice on how to make it go away...but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
