Just got back from the doc's office --
A1c=5.5
. A little higher than last time but expected since I took a week's vacation & cheated a bit on my diet. The doc congratulated me on maintaining normal readings for a full year. I told him I would keep on keeping on
Low-carb works!

Yay Chris! Goodie, Goodie for you! Yes, low-carb does work and we are living proof of that. You are a great inspiration to me and to many others, I'm sure. Keep doing what you're doing because you're doing it right! Joni

Totally awesome, Chris!! I'm so happy for your success
You've always had a great attitude and that too, is inspirational. That you appreciate that diabetes is/can be an ever evolving beast (along with our bodies) and are ever conscious of that, will ensure your continued success. Rah-rah-sis-boom-bah!! Kudos to you!
Kris
