Just got back from the doc's office -- A1c=5.5.  A little higher than last time but expected since I took a week's vacation & cheated a bit on my diet.  The doc congratulated me on maintaining normal readings for a full year.  I told him I would keep on keeping on turn
 
Low-carb works!

Totally awesome, Chris!! I'm so happy for your success :-) You've always had a great attitude and that too, is inspirational. That you appreciate that diabetes is/can be an ever evolving beast (along with our bodies) and are ever conscious of that, will ensure your continued success. Rah-rah-sis-boom-bah!!
