Hello there everyone.
I am new here and would love to feel as if I am not alone in this and would love to get some feedback.
I am 47 yrs young but days feel like I am 100. I have been to doctors and even a great internist and found absolutely nothing. I do normally and have always had lower bp and am used to it.
Lately though as months are going by maybe past few years?? My energy levels have really dipped and fatigued more and more?? Have turned into a energy pill or caffeine junkie just to function most days.
Try to drink water since thought symptoms were dehydration? Maybe the culprit? This is so frustrating because I feel like I could crawl right back into bed and my production levels have really dipped.
Could this be CFS? or Fibromyalgia symptoms? I feel weak and lethargic at times and have to really push myself through the day. I workout 3 times a week and consider myself somewhat healthy but this is really starting to take over my life and getting debilitating some days.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank u all.

Hi & welcome to Healing Well. So sorry to read about what you are dealing with. From what little I know about CFS & Fibro, these are diagnosed through a process of elimination of various other conditions that can mimic many things. You mentioned being seen by an internist. I think a good internist is worth their weight in gold. They treat the body as a whole rather than focusing on one thing like a GP will. If you can turn your care over to the internist this would be a wise thing to consider. Diet & exercise is a must especially as we start creeping up in the years. If your work causes some stress learn to let go of the stress, it is very hard on the body. I would keep consulting with the internist & also ask that your vitamin levels be checked to make sure nothing is wonky there. Do you allow some time for yourself to just unwind & relax? This is also a very slow forum so I do not know if you will get any responses.

I hope you can get some answers, take care.
