Im a postgraduate student and a member of staff at Arthritis Care and I live with persistent pain myself. I am conducting psychological research at University of Greenwich into living with persistent pain.

Your participation is very valuable in advancing research into the psychological aspects of living with persistent pain and will contribute towards expanding clinical, social, and personal understanding of living with persistent pain.

Kudos to those involved in designing the questions and instrumentation of this survey. The questions are clearly worded without bias and without skewing toward a response/reply. Designing a questionnaire is not easy. This questionnaire is well done.

The survey was easy to navigate with the icons and tabs. A smooth process.

I learned a few things about myself in answering this questionnaire.
