Hi, Everyone, I'm experiencing something very similar and have experienced the same off and on for about a year now. Today, it is almost completely debilitating and is still with me four hours after waking. My general experience is that it does get less severe as the day goes on and is not even noticeable by late afternoon. Looks like it has been a while since anyone updated on this topic and I am hoping someone figured out something more regarding it. Dehydration is a possibility but being well hydrated doesn't always stop it. The suggestion of a starch free diet is an interesting one and possibly worth a try. Anyone have anything new on this topic by chance? Here's hoping you are feeling better!
