tongue talk about a happy turtle. trigger point acupuncture, some massage, with heated gel and a physio that could handle my rock hard muscles says spine is solid and strong. i am happy i agreed to the acupuncture on the trigger points. don't knock it till ya try it folks. gave the spine a good going-thought i was gonna go through the table at one point!! he suggested water aerobics, and noted i have a lot of fluid, because the needles were hard to pierce the skin. and i have been feeling this way. got 3 more sessions, yay!!!

on a side note i asked my shrink if he agrees with me that i am psych med resistant, and yes he agreed. i have come off 2 a few months back and i am weaning the pristiq. we are trying, bar a little mirtaz at night to go psych med free. i am endeavouring to sort my brain and body, in particular the diabetes as he feels as do i that i am ready for some part time work. i got 2 uni gigs coming up. keep well.

HT very glad to read your post. Yes acupuncture can be very helpful to some. I had it before it was recognized by the AMA & such paid out of pocket for it. Best money I ever spent. Same with water therapy good for you.

Take care.
