Trigeminal neuralgia is kicking my ..... It messes with my sleep. Wake up in a fog. Eyes are filled with congestion. No appetite. Taking carbamazapine and Tramadol but make me tired. Have nortriptyline from a facial pain doctor but not sure how much to take. Called the doctors office and asked them they told they would call back but never did. So will try anything to stop pain from trigeminal nerve acting up.I have a question . Does anybody have pain in there hand from the Trigeminal nerve? Need help with some answers if someone could answer me. Thank you Jeannie

I have no idea what dose and couldn't prescribe anyway because I'm not a doctor. I suggest you call the doctor and keep calling.

If that doesn't work it's time to find a new doctor. Sorry it's such a bad time to be switching.

Meow, I would think your directions on how to take your medication is listed on your bottle. You can always call your pharmacist where you had the script filled.

You have a post going here a couple of days ago. A member by the name of Abilene posted to you with some contact info, perhaps you can read her post.
