Fibromyalgia for Dummies

it's the 2nd edition. i don't have the first.

i was at the bookstore buying a book and i saw this on the shelf and it was on sale so, i picked it up.

it's actually really good so far.. and as well as being informative for me.. i find that it's a great book for other people to read too (your friends, family etc who might want to inform themselves on FMS) without using complicated jargon etc.

The trick is getting family & friends to actually "READ" the book! Glad it's helping YOU!

This sounds interesting, I am a dummy so I should get it. LOL...

It sounds like it would be easy to interpret. Thank you for telling us about it. I think I will check it out. Sounds like it would be easy reading and to the point.

Hugs, Karen...

Hi Ingenua-
Yes, I bought that book too, and also Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofacial Pain Syndrome by Devin Starlanyl. They are both very good books for learning and for referencing. I wouldn't be without either one of them. :) GamJill

I am getting a copy from my local library. Want to see what it says before I spend any monies.
