It looks like there are a few online that have some high ratings. I've developed very tight neck and shoulder muscles. Have any of you ever had one of these? What did you think? Thanks.

Knew what you meant , but i have not used..i have a massager that is a seat one, but it does not get the neck and shoulders as you are wanting.

Let us know if you find a good one..

I feel, like i need a trained massage therapist but do not like to take the time for it.

I use them all the time. I've got a pillow one with two ****so-style rollers that go around in place and I use that thing on absolutely everything - feet, arches, calves, achilles, ab muscles, back, ribs, buttocks, neck, upper shoulders, arms, hands, you name it. I have it under my right thigh as I write. Costs about $32 or so. Got this last one at Walgreens but they sell them all over or orderable on amazon. I also have a chair-style one of my husband's we got on amazon - you've probably seen them too, looks like a chair pad. We paid $139? I think but it has rollers that will go straight up and down which you can move out or in incrementally and it is just freaking awesome on your back/ribs and it also has the ****so-style rollers as well. I use it in both my recliner and I will lie on it on the floor for a real peaceful, wonderful massage, being moved without having to do a thing. I wouldn't want to do Fibro without them. I've broken triggerpoints with these and loosened the knots, ropes and bands. Good luck! (Just so ya know, it is not painless but sometimes through pain comes great relief.)

***Sorry...didn't realize that was some trademark or something or you can't promote stuff which I wasn't intending to hence the '-style' or the language editor thought I was swearing? Don't know. It's been years since I read the regs for posting's those rollers that go around...begins with an 'S' (lol)

Thanks Ljm and NSCAA.
NSCAA.... I think it censored your word because you were probably spelling it wrong. I think you meant ****su, right? haha....
I think ****su means that it has those automatic rotating balls that do the massaging.
I'm going to have an MRI next week to see if I've done something funky to my upper spine, but if it turns out okay, I'm going to order one of those massagers. I'm glad it works so well for you!

Posted By : CathyA - 3/4/2017 12:37 PM won't even let me type a word that is close to the "bad" word. Anyhow.....hopefully you'll know what I mean.

😂😂😂. The settings on the site help prevent profanities from being typed in posts. So if it "detects" some other of those letters, the asterisks are put in place. I know you weren't saying anything bad. This has happened to me also so don't give it another thought.

I have a back massager that my husband bought me over 20 years ago. It goes from the back of my head down and including my calves. It massages at various speeds, I can have it go up and down the length of the pad or have it stay in a specific area. This also has heat. I have used this quite a bit over the years. I'm not much help because I don't know where he bought it but something similar would be worth the money. It has helped me when I've been in bad flares.

I have trouble with the ones that vibrate. It doesn't make me feel very good and seems to upset my nerves. But the ones with the rolling balls look good. There are bunches of them on Amazon.
