Been having more trigger point pain lately..

Got out my trigger point handbook again..

It is just a really different level of pain

Today it was on my back , about waist I layed down and put a soft rubber ball under that area a few minutes..then got on the floor to stretch things out..

Made a big,we went out to dinner.😊

Just sharing to motivate you to see if some of your pain is from this..

Hard to believe at times that a few minutes with a rubber ball pressed into a muscle can release it that way..I used to have to see a physical therapist for that help!

Yep, LJ, this really does help with pain. And it's not always just fibro pain either. The past few days I've been cleaning baseboards and also cleaning out my gardens. I've done a lot of bending and using muscles that I don't generally use so now I have low back pain. I will be getting out my Trigger Point Therapy Workbook and work on those Trigger points and get back on track again.

This has helped me over and over again and there is no medication and no extra expense either! That's music to my ears. 😊 Thanks for posting this. It's a good reminder for all of us.

I was getting rid of old catalogs and magazines today..part of spring cleaning..

Barely started outside, cut my rose bush back and raked the flower beds a little..

Might get back to that tomorrow, Lj
