Ok wow ,

I did work outside some today..but i was not moving well.. So i worked..um ...gingerly...😟

Because i still had inside stuff that needed to happen..

Its hard at times to know when its ok to push and when its a no go..

I was looser today because i did stretching and trigger point release yesterday...this is the most stiff i have been starting into outdoor work
But hey i started 😊

Congratulations on getting started especially if you aren't crazy about gardening. It can be a lot of work but the payoff is HUGE.

I love to work in my gardens. It's so beautiful and peaceful. So I really take my time, move slowly and methodically, and just totally enjoy myself. I pick a good day to do the gardening...not too warm or humid. This way I'm not in a hurry to get back inside the house and consequently push myself too hard. I think by moving slowly and just enjoying what I'm doing really helps me in not straining muscles plus I can work longer this way.

I cleaned out all of my gardens last Friday. It was a gorgeous, sunny day plus it was windy! I love windy days. I couldn't believe it but I was out in the yard for four hours! The time went by so fast and I loved every minute of it. This is happy work for me. I still have to mulch everything and that is not happy work. Yuck! 😂
