I will try my best to keep this short

I was dx with fibro back in 2014. But because I was having issues with benzodiazepine and SSRI I thought I did not really have it

I am off the ssri 2 yrs and almost off benzo...(have done this several xs in past 15 yrs though

My biggest issue is with feeling off balanced and swaying/rocking/bobbing/ walking on marshmallows feeling along with the worst head fog ever...kinda feels like my brain is a a snowglobe and someone is constantly shaking it!

I have chronic pain in neck and shoulders Last year found I have herniated discs in neck but that's fairly new)

I am seeing new neurologist tomorrow and will revisit the fibro dx. just wanted to know if anyone else gets dizzy with it

I know that it became 100000xs worse once I stopped the Zoloft

Hi, LaineyK! I'll rarely feel light-headed but not quite dizzy. I'm not sure what causes this but it is very rare. The walking on marshmallows feeling has never happened to me. Brain fog...yes...but not as bad as you describe. My fog makes me forgetful at times and also I can do really stupid things at times. It does set constant.

I hope you get some answers at your doctor's appointmentment. Let us know what you find out because we care about you.

I get some of the dizziness with barometric pressure changes,

If the pressure is nice and steady, i do not get that.

Most of us have some fogginess at times..

Have they checked your vitamin d levels? All of my symptoms were so much worse when my d got too low...i thought it was all the fibromyalgia , but a lot of symptoms eased once i got that to a good level.
