I've heard about the hot, hot weather in Arizona and thereabouts.

Here in the upper Midwest, we had 47 degrees this morning! I'm back to layering my clothes and digging out some heavier socks.

A flare "found" me this weekend, and I ached just about everywhere, then I got sleepy and slept like a rock last night. Right now, things are better, but I'm still a little drowsy from that roller-coaster ride! smhair

So, if any of you are from those areas with record-breaking heat, please be kind and share with our frigid area, okay? smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin

Have a good week, everyone.

I was spreading 40 bags of mulch today with a feel like temperature of close to 100 degrees. My daughter helped me and we both were dripping. I'd have loved those cool temperatures. I'll send the Florida heat your way. 😉

Sherrine: 40 bags of mulch on such a hot day!! shocked Oh, I'd be more than happy to share the cool temps with you. This morning the low was 45---that should definitely help you. turn

Lj: 79 is near where we are today--definitely an improvement. No 90s in the current forecast, but storms are headed this way and my body seems well aware of that coming. rolleyes

You're right, Lj, the rest will definitely wait. That seems to be my theme this summer---am guilty of biting off more than I can chew. Next summer will see a definite change in that and I see the need to scale back a bit, but I still am enjoying the (little bit) warmer season. I love the feel of the sun when I'm gardening. If only I could save the warmer temps for frigid January.......

Thanks for the replies. smile
