Hi Akhilesh99 and welcome,
Fatty liver grade 2, needs some changes in diet and lifestyle changes. Your liver enzymes have dropped into the normal range. Have you changed your eating habits? If you can maintain those lab results (normal enzymes), your liver may heal. And hopefully your bilirubin will normalize. Billirubin levels do not ordinarily rise with mild to moderate liver disease. Have you been taking any meds? Antibiotics, birth control, phenytoin, or diazepam family, can cause mild elevations. Alcohol can also make billi rise.

Stay with a healthy diet, no alcohol at all, and try to eliminate sugary, and starchy carbs. Its not easy, but necessary..

I have never heard of gerd being liver related. But as your health improves, your gerd may decrease.(hopefully)

let me know how your next round of labs come out. best of luck,
