Hi I have suffered with migraines for around 16 years since I was 11 and been on and off medication for them. However while I was pregnant with my son who is now 4 months all I was given was dehydrocodine and paracetamol to help with the pain. Now I'm on new tablets to prevent them, try to stop them when they start but not currently taking anything for pain. My question is last night the pain was totally different to what my usual migraine is. It's in the back of my head and it feels like pressure and every hour or so feels like someone is banging a hammer off my skull. It's down in my neck, shoulders and back and my arms keep feeling dead. Also have my usual pains but they don't seem so severe as this does. Just looking to see if anyone could help me before I call my doctor tomorrow. Thanks confused

Call you doc, could be pinched nerves or more serious with the banging and numbing of the arms
