|Hello. fruits high in histamine, tyramine, and fructose give me bad migraines. Like citrus fruits, banana, apples, apricot, etc... I am wondering, which fruits are the safest ones for us migraineurs? Thanks in advance.|

Everyone is different in this kind of thing. There is a migraine food diet listed under the resource thread at the top of this forum, that may help you.
A lot of this, is trial and error for people. For instance, I put truffle oil on a salad, instead of olive oil, migraine with in 5 min.
So you never know sometimes.
Hopefully you will get more replies.
