As the title said,
-Tension-type headache on both or either side of the head
-Sometimes might increase but back to base level of tension headache after sleep
-No effect from painkillers such as Panadol
-First time encounter such headache
-Couldn't hold of strong light and loud sound
-Habit : I've nothing to do , so I faced computer & TV longer than half of the day. I do have exercise like one or two times a week.

I went on research about my headache, some one is saying infected sinuses might be causing daily headache and I think it suits my lifestyle here. I come back to my hometown 3 months ago and I'm still here, this place is very dusty, I'm having running nose nearly every morning and I've been feeling something strange in my nose in normal times (It feels like it is stucked? but I still can breathe).

Hope those information helps.
Please help me. Thank you.
Appreciate any suggestion.

Well the first question I would ask is just how much longer that half an hour to you stare at a computer, laptop, phone, tablet etc...

That media light and the bending of our heads in a bowed position is not what they were made for.

Outside of that, I suggest seeing your family doctor. Getting a check up and physical, talk about the headaches.
