Does anyone use Peppermint Oil for Migraines? I do use it and sometimes eases it a bit, not a permanent fix but just thought I would share.

If anyone uses any other oil they found helps, please let me know.

When it comes to migraines, I would try just about anything to ease that pain.

Thank you

Hi Susan!

I use Young Living brand essential oils. I diffuse peppermint in my office when I have a migraine and it takes the edge off at least. I have a combo that a friend made for me a couple of years ago and I use it when I have a migraine, but it doesn't always help me!

In a 10ML Glass roller bottle (with metal roller ball), mix:

10 Drops Panaway
5 Drops Lemongrass
10 Drops Peppermint
5 Drops Basil
5 Drops Cedarwood
5 Drops of Copiaba

Fill the rest up with carrier oil of your choice. I usually use Fractionated coconut oil or Jojoba.

If this is the brand that you use, great! If not, let me know and I can get you information on it, as well as maybe send you a smaller sample of the mix to try!

Good luck to you!
Brandi

Thank you :)
