sense of smell and headaches

I am suffering from chronic headaches - and feel like Lady McBeth
wash my hands over and over due to sense that there are unpleasant smells on my hands and arms

Welcome Rosalita!

I love that name, guitar music comes to mind, skirts and pretty couples dancing!

I have the same issue as you do.

I smell poo on my hand from childhood abuse. This comes and goes... Washing my hands with nice, pretty smelling soup helps. Dove white is a good one.

I put lavender oil, about 8 drops in 8oz of store brand hand sanitizer to make that smell nice and help calm me down. You can use your favorite small.

The headache could be stress, tension, migraine. Try hot compress's. If that does not work.

Call your doctor. I would suggest to find a therapist.
I see one every week.

Peace
