Dear All,

I had a minor atlas adjustment carried out by a seasoned professional. All went well but since then I have had painless clicking and cracking/ popping noises that are really disconcerting. I have been told it could take months/ years to resolve if at all. Has this happened to anyway else who has had such as procedure and how did things play out? Is there a way of reducing or switching this off ?

Thanks in advance for any feedback,

Matt

Hi Matt, the noises you are hearing are a good sign. It means that you are getting some movement going on & that you need. I went through a period of a lot of popping in my neck & my dr eased my concerns with the above explanation. I really can't remember how long it lasted its been so long ago.

Take care.

Dear Susie,

Thanks for the detailed reply. Really appreciate it.

Did it go eventually?

Thanks,

Matthew

Yes, it did go away eventually. Every now & then I will get a little popping but it too goes away.

Take care.
