I have severe anxiety which is followed by debilitating headaches. Lately its gotten really worse, i feel like i can't take it anymore. i need some relief, a little breathing room. Any experience/ suggestion you can share would be very much appreciated.

sounds like it could be tension or high blood pressure.,

have you been to a doctor lately?

I suggest you see your GP. get physical.

discuss your daily anxiety med, maybe it needs to be increased or changed.

Do you use any coping skills to help with anxiety. Here is a website that has lot of info . the search is in the top right corner

Finally free from migraines!
Free from all my previous health issues, actually.
Changed my diet over a year ago, for other reasons, and lost all the health issues one by one.

If you're gonna give it a go, the diet I switched to was: mostly unprocessed(95%), organic where possible, vegetarian(95%) and raw(65%+).
Side notes: sugar free, lots of water, coconut oil, omega 3 supplements.
Switching over was done slowly at first, I found I didn't enjoy the new diet until after the first month or so, then it grew on me, or it changed my tastes?
