I just spent 2 days with a severe migraine. I took my prescription and thought I would be OK, but then I woke up yesterday with horrible back and hip pain. It was so bad I couldn't even roll over in bed without excruciating pain. I never had back pain like that before.
Today I feel a little better, but still can't sit, get up from sitting, and do anything without pain.

I was wondering if anyone else ever experienced this? I have some arthritis in my hip, and also osteoporosis, so I am wondering if this is involved.

Thanks for your input.

Sound like the arthritis is kicking up. Migraines can do this, your all body gets tense with the pain and you do not realize it. By the time the pain goes. Inflamation has begun.

I have it in all my joints, bad in left hip and some days I can feel very vertebra in my back.

I take 1500 units of glucosamine a day and it seems to help.

If you do not feel better by tomorrow I would call the doc.

Peace

Thanks, Trina - it is interesting that you take glucosamine. My husband takes it everyday and says it helps his knees.
Just wondering if you or others on the forum take Co-Q10? I have been reading a lot about it.
I was actually thinking of going to Urgent Care I felt so bad, but it is so painful to move, I decided to wait.
