Welcome to the forum

I have Trigeminal neuralgia and A typical face pain. My face is cold most of the time, I get face pain from minor twinges to full severe pain as if someone is punching me in the face.

Sinus has a lot to do with how the pain plays on the face, and yes it can trigger migraines, Especially in the temple areas.

I use saline spray daily to keep my nasal passages as moist as possible and I have a humidifier in the bedroom.

Nalfcon A eye drops help with the eyes.

I hope this helps
