As long as you are NOT diabetic.
UNsulfared molasses. Braer Rabbit brand is good. One table spoon a day will bring up the iron and eliminate the anemia.
If you can not stand the taste, I don't mind, I grew up with it on the table as a sweetener; mix it with milk., when mixed with milk it is reminiscent of chocolate milk.
