I was on every drug for my headaches commonly prescribed by doctors. Headaches began to plague me about 8 years ago. Finally I started logging my food (2 years) and found the triggers. Now my headaches are greatly reduced because I have found which foods are causing my headaches. When I go out to eat I am at risk so we usually cook our own food. I am down to 1 migraine a month and still finding those triggers - my latest was glucosamine chondroitin pills which contain shellfish ingredients. I had a 4 day headache from those. Good luck and be sure to log your food intake.

Wow, so glad to hear that food is your main causative factor. Easy to control, in a relative sense.

I myself still have daily pain. However reduced level to 5 with meds and whole food diet. 32oz of water a day or more.

No artificial ingredients and no food dye

Thank you for the response. I know how you feel with the headaches they are debilitating for me. Hope you find the cause.
