|I've been having these symptoms for quite a while. At first, I assumed that they were panic attacks, but after a while I noticed some patterns. My symptoms include: |
-No being able to breathe
-Difficultly swallowing (maybe my throat swelled/airways closed?)
-Tight facial muscles (my jaw muscles especially)
-Feeling very hot
These usually go away after 5 or so minutes, by themselves. The reason I suspect some form of allergy is that these always happen when I chewing mint gum. Spearmint, usually. Not the weakly flavored mint gum. It also happened when I was eating a Frootie. This is odd, since I had the same flavored Frootie from the same bag the next day, but no symptoms appeared.
These really mess up my day, and I'd like to find out what's causing this. Please reply
