I was taking a nap today and had an extreme vivid nightmare which I remember clearly and did not forget.

every time i get a nightmare feel sick to my stomach and very anxious as it felt real .

why i get nightmares so often?

feel like I might have heart attack during such episodes?

any clues whats going on??? idea shocked

Cilly, Any new meds/increases would be my first question too. When I first started Propranalol as a migraine preventative med, I had horrific and vivid nightmares that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
