Mindfulness-based Traumatic Incident and Life Stress reduction Therapy
- TIR-LSR is an integrative approach to counselling incorporating Mindfulness and a range of cognitive models. TIR-LSR can be described as a theoretically consistent collection of counselling tools and repetitive envisioning exercises, designed to respond to different needs and situations. Different tools are applied methodologically for enhancing the client's mental focus and his abilities to achieve equanimity. TIR-LSR are consistently effective at resolving PTSD.
