Mindfulness-based Traumatic Incident and Life Stress reduction Therapy
- TIR-LSR is an integrative approach to counselling incorporating Mindfulness and a range of cognitive models. TIR-LSR can be described as a theoretically consistent collection of counselling tools and repetitive envisioning exercises, designed to respond to different needs and situations.
