There haven't been any posts for a while, and I am anxious to hear the outcomes from 6 months ago.
I am in stage 2, the severe pain is gone, but it is very stiff and hard to do my exercises.
I do physical therapy 2X a week, and get a shoulder massage 2X a week.
My Dr. also wants to do manipulation.  But, from all I read, with work and time, it cures itself.  I have also tried to go the "natural" route.  I never had a shot, and last week I stopped taking the tylenol/aspirin type things.  I think they are hard on your stomach, and hard on your liver.  Have gotten lots of anti-inflammatorys from the health food store.
I am a bit discourared, had more range of motion in the 1st stage.  I had an injury, and BWC is covering my therapy and Dr.
Really would like to hear where you all are today with your shoulders.

Hi ccsabathia"
I'm new at this , but i noticed alot of frozen shoulder talk going on in the "next thread".
Just click on the words " Next Thread" written above your entry

I would suggest going natural with your diet, ie. no artificial colours, flavours, preserves, cane sugar

Go for white rice, meat(no fat at all), vegetables (but none from the deadly nightshade family-tomato,potato, eggplant, capsicum)

love to you,

Hi ccsabathia! yally here and I am happy to report I am alomost 100% back to normal with my shoulder! it took a good year to get here but I can almost even wave to a friend which has been my last motion to gain back. I feel for anyone going through what I went through the pain is so intense and like child birth I have been able to forget how intense it was and cant imagine how i worked and did everything i did with my frozen shoulder. i notice i stillhug with only one arm but i think that is habit? my cured it self in time and like i said i am o my last motion which has rotation and i never went to therapy! once i got my inflammation under control with meds i began to notice an immediate change for me enbrel brought me out of a frozen shoulder but i now take humira at least for now as I am allergic to the humira with reactions but i take an antihistamine for that which seems rediculous and i will have to further discuss with my rhuemmy. but hang in there once the pain goes which is absolutely horrible the movement slowly comes back. good lluch keep us posted and sorry i have been gone so much but there is a lot going on in my house hold these days. hugs and best wishes for a full recovery..... hope is around the corner hugs yally
