I'm not sure this is an Arthritis topic but I'll try. My shoulder IS connected
to my spine and my spine has lots of Arthritis.

Anyway, has anyone had shoulder fusion surgery. I think I'm gonna need it.

I've never heard of shoulder fusion. You really need to be able to move your shoulder to use your arm and hand. They can do shoulder replacement surgery, which can provide relief for most arthritics. I've had shoulder surgery with partial replacement of the top part of the arm bone because of osteonecrosis. The surgery wasn't that bad, but the rehab was long and tedious.

Thank you, Judi.
My shoulder is messed up and it
just hasn't been an issue until lately.
I honestly think my added stress
is doing terrible things to my body.
I'm glad the holidays are over.

What is Entocort? Why did the necrosis
hit your shoulders?

A "medical adventure" That is a very
good way to put it. You're on the
road. Me too.
