I sympathise with you, sunnytan. This is exactly the response I got. I was told by a neurosurgeon to try an ibuprofen cream over my back and upper chest and this has certainly helped. I don't know about
you but my pain is not constant but intermittant, but when it's there I feel that my chest is just too heavy to hold itself up,. and I need much more bed restr that normal. You could try the cream, it may help. Best of luck
