I am totally new and from the UK where it is now 18.49pm. I have had M.E. since 1989 and RA diagnosed in 1990, since when it was ignored by the medics after hydroxychloroquine threatened my sight. It has flared up inbetween, but been confused with M.E. Now after a misdiagnosed tennis elbow operation, they discover it is not tennis elbow/golfers elbow at all, but advanced Enthesopathy and the worst condition the surgeon had ever seen who had a fit when he saw it.
. They now tell me
see a Rheumatologist, who, hey, won't be able to do anything much as it looks pretty bad all over (complete MRI) but will be able to perhaps do something.
Does anyone out there have experience of Enthesopathy in shoulders, elbows, hands, knees, ankles and feet, combined with M.E. and RA - as it is a rather tall order, does anyone have just ONE kind of Enthesopathy??? and keep smiling
I would love to hear from you before I see the rheumatologist on July 29th. Never having done this sort of thing ever before, I shall now post this and wait and see
