Hello Fellow OPLL members:
I would like to know if anyone is experiencing spasms after their surgery and what medications are being used to control the spasicity?  The spasms occur in all areas of the body (toe, heel, arm, fingers, and the area just below the front collar bone feels as though you could be having a heart attack.  Now I'm experiencing something like anxiety attacks that awakens me in the middle of the night (I find myself gasping for breath and such a strange feeling comes over me).  The jerky jumping motions still occur with my right leg, especially.
I am currently on Baclofen and Zanaflex to control the spasms, but am experiencing difficulty awakening, hearing the alarm clock or any type of noise throughout.   Both type of rx causes hallucinations (which I have experienced some very disturbing ones).
Just wondering what symptoms others are having after the surgery.  Thanks!
