I love the eliptical machine and we have one in the basement, but I find that I'm taht much sorer and in pain the next day....even if I go light and do only 30 minutes. And after a few times...even if no more than once a week, I get a bad flare up. It's sooo aggrevating as I feel so much better mentally when I exercise (plus it gives me energy). The stationary bike too aggrevates my joints and makes me sore. And even just plain walking (which I LOVE to do when the weather is nice) irritates my joints. I'm thinking of trying water aerobics...although to be honest, i do not like the water but am looking for something.
I was told that exercise is good and even helps, but to me, it always aggrevates my sacroilitiis
