Hi i really feel for you ,i don't live in same Country and find your insurance system from what i have heard of it Quite Bad,is there a way you can visit a Specilist of your choice and pay the bill yourself ? "not knowing their payment fees either" but if this is possible it may be worth it to get ball rolling then sort out insurance problems after that.
Here in Australia we whinge about health care but if you are ill turn up at a public hospital and you will be treated for free no matter what. it is only when you want to pick your own Specilist do you have the private system and even then we have medicare that covers a lot of it if i pay $100.00 to see Rhumy i get about $70.00 Back thru Medicare so we can choose own Rhumys.
are you doing Gentle Excersises ? just Rock arm to gently get elbow moving before you make any sudden movements.
Also Heat warm showers or Heat Pads
