Hi Saya, your best course of action is to see a podiatrist. My feet were pure agony and she has completely sorted me out with the right shoes/ sandles and orthotics.
Even for advice they are worth their weight in gold.
But down side - expensive.
You need shoes with full arch support and no heels. Granny shoes! You can get sandles like this too but make sure your foot is well attached - no sliding around in the sandle gripping with your toes.
Without seeing you, thats the best advice I can come up with.
My podiatrist got me to buy a specific runner for me that supported the side of my foot that was collapsing and adjusted the inner soles to raise my heels slightly, plus put in a bar of padding under my toe base to stop my tendons being over stretched. Its taken time but my foot pain is so good now and beofre I was hobbling.
Good luck, golitho
