sharp pains!

So I have sharp pains in my shoulders and my my wrist! I usually get them in my hands/wrist or fingers. So getting them in my shoulders is new. I am so I am uncomfortable... Using a heating pad..and not doing much! I am not feeling good! Does anyone else get these?

I haven't seen my RA doc. Yet..but I will be soon.

Yes , I have severe RA and my shoulders hurt very bad when it is active in that area, feels like sharp pain and also almost feels like they are dislocated and can't stand to even move them and can't get in a comfortable position, and usually don't get much sleep!
There are not to many parts of the body that can't be affected by RA.
Go to your doctor and see if it the RA have either X-rays or MRI done to see what damage is done.
Good luck to you and hope yours is not severe!
I think RA doctors , caregivers and the people with RA need to start trying to get more funding to try and find how better to help with RA than just masking the pains!

Thanks! I think I have moderate to servere RA. It has been 1 yr and 7 months since I found out that I have RA and everything else.
Yeah..I couldn't get comfortable. I had to use a Heating pad because it was so bad. But I will be seeing my RA doc soon. I will be bring that up!
