I've been having pain in my foot for almost 7 months now.
it feels like I'm walking on a large stone in my heel. It's a constant pain but worse when I walk. My big toe joint hurts to the touch.
I try to stretch the tendons regularly. When I stretch it I feel a popping feeling in my heel.
I've mentioned the pain to my rheumatologist and primary. The rheumatologist's nurse practioner examed my foot and it didn't hurt for the planters faciitis exam. My primary thought it might be a rheumatoid node on my heel, but didn't exam it.
Do any of you get a node on your heel? It's so painful all of the time.
