Okay, I'm having increased pain in my left ankle and toes in both feet. It feels like I've twisted my ankle, but I haven't.

Who do I need to see to treat this?
My rheumatologist ?
My primary?
An orthopedic doctor?

My rheumatologist told me not to let myself get in a bad flare before calling him. would this be considered a bad flare?

I'm not used to calling a doctor every time I hurt. I've learned to ignore most of my pains.

Thanks.

I hate dealing with chronic pain.
