I am curious who here with RA drinks milk or consumes any other dairy products. Or, do you abstain from dairy?

I drink 1/2 cup of milk a day. I do have some gas issues from it though.

I use half and half in my coffee. I didn't have any issues with it when I went through an elimination diet a few years back so thankfully I still get to partake. smile

I would stay away from dairy products completely, these are the worst inflammation causing products. I had big constipation problems with cheese and believe that it had big impact on the inflammation in my body, If you see any problems with dairy products you may not have the food allergy but food sensitivity to it, so I would check how your body is responding without dairy products? Maybe it's a worth a try ? The body will tell itself if it likes it.

I cannot eat dairy without stomach issues. I try to avoid it all except for cheeses. I cant stop that.

I am badly lactose intolerant, so I don't eat much dairy. I also don't eat much gluten. I noticed a big difference when I took gluten out of my diet.
