I'm new to the world of RA. I was diagnosed about 6 months ago but of course suspect that I have had it longer. I recently had a very minor fall. I seem to have strained or sprained my wrist. I have iced it and done all of the usual things.

That was 3 days ago. Today I woke to aches that go beyond the wrist. I have a low grade temp. Could the fall have caused an RA flare?

Thank you in advance.
Diagnosed with MS July 2006

I have no lesions on my soul and so I live with no limits.

I am new to this world too. From what I have learned so far is anything can cause a flare. A sprain I think can since it is causing stress to you and your body. Hope it passes quick.
