can Ra pain affect the back sides of the rib and collar bone?

Mine is. Also having pain in my kidney area below the ribs where they found a cyst. My doctor thinks it caused a severe pain flare up there due to my RA. I see my rheumatologist Friday to hopefully get me on meds. He didnt believe I had it a little over a year ago when I had a positive ANA and my orthopedic surgeon sent me to him due the extremity of my joint destruction in my knee which he believes is affecting the other side as well.
I have been very sick since December, in and out of the ER and my doctor for several things. Both shoulders both elbows, neck, spine, both hips, both knees, both hands and both feet, are badly flared up. I have a kidney cyst and pain, severe gynecological problems. I have numerous problems with my spine. Bone on bone in at least 2 places but they haven'trecheckedmy neck yet so it is possiblythere now too, scoliosis top and bottom, degeneration throughout. Miserable! I don't walk, I shuffle. Ugh!
