Last week I had emergency surgery on my appendix. I have been going for follow up appts because I have developed a cyst under my incision. I have been running fevers every night, my joints are killing me especially now with all this rain we are getting, The doctor wrote me out of work until the 24th of Sept, But the good news is I can finally ride in the car with minimal pain so I can rescedual my RA Specialist appt while i'm out of work. It seems like everything is crashing down at the same time. I hope everything is going well with all of you. I am sorry i haven't written.
My name is Andrea and I am 39 years old. I have 3 children. Their ages are 20,17 and 14. I was diognosed with RA last year and i am currently on Methotrexate and Folic Acid. I am very close to my children and I love life. Sometimes I wish that I was a diiferent person but then I look at how fortunate I am to have a wonderful family who supports me and my condition. Hopefully one day they will find a cure, but until they do all of you are in my prayers!!!!
