I don't know what works......I started taking fish oil and I noticed my inflamation was better. It could be the medications working though. I know it can't hurt and I read a study that said it helps reduce the risk of heart disease in RA patients. It can't hurt.....I am also avoiding junk foods........

hi chewy there are all kinds of studies onthe internet, but as far as trying one and it working.... i really havent. the only homeopathic thing i do is take peppermint and epson salt baths. use bath and body peppermint lotions etc. A ... it smells good, and B maybe i feel a bit better ater a hot bath.

i am cetain there are others who have changed lifestyles and eat only certain organic foods. hopefully they will post soon. take care yalinda
