I had a follow-up ct scan of my chest with contrast this week. Got the results yesterday--nothing I didn't know already. Not sure what it really tells the doctors? Still have the same apical scarring indicating an old infection--ID doc is proposing an old tb infection? Other than that--nothing. Which I suppose is good news, it's just that I'm tired of having no answers. In any case, I see the ID doc on Tuesday to discuss. We'll see what she says now.

So if it is an old tb infection, what does that mean? Or is that what the ID doc is supposed to tell you on Tuesday? What time is your appt? Thinking of you El..
