Leflunomide is usually used for Rheumatoid Arthritis, I haven't heard of it being used for Sjogren's Syndrome before. I don't really know anything about
it. Do you have RA as well as Sjogren's?
Plaquenil is used to slow the immune system's attack by slowing disease progression. Most find it quite helpful. Note that you may have a little stomach upset at first, take with food. Also, have your eyes checked annually.
