Sjogren's is a disease where our mucus membranes are dry. Since our eyelids aren't usually moist, I don't think this would be related to Sjogren's.
It could be related to thyroid or vitiligo, couldn't it? Have you asked the Dr treating those conditions about
I'm afraid my only other advice would be to see a dermatologist. Sorry you have encountered some some less-than-stellar ones.
