Has anyone experienced this? My hands in general feel weak. Fingers weak & sometimes numb. Knees feel weird, not painful just weird, creaky I guess but maybe pain will be next. Leg nerves "jumpy." Have had dry eyes, horrible sinus/mucus symptoms (postnasal drip thought was sinus infections for over a year but ruled everything else out after seeing countless doctors & have now come to find it's possibly this). Also hair very limp. Always tired. Diagnosed 10 years ago with Hashimoto's. But fingers the worst and cause most worry as I write & have to type for a living. Seeing rheumy for 1st visit in 3 weeks. Hope I'll get relief.

I haven't heard of weak hands being associated with Sjogren's, although I do have weak hands and creaky knees. (Always though mine were either age or my Lupus.) Not sure about hair issues being associated, either.

Dry eyes and fatigue are common with Sjogren's. Postnasal drip -- no idea but never heard of it with Sjogren's.

But you have a rheumy appointment on the way! Hang in there and I hope you can get this sorted out. Let us know what the Dr says and if you have further questions.

Thanks. Not sure postnatal drip or me attributing thick mucus constantly in my throat. Also sometimes have dry/stuffy nose. Have read elsewhere those are connected to Sjogren's. You say you also have Lupus. Do Lupus & Sjogen's. Often go together?

Yes, Lupus has a few secondary diseases that often come with it - Sjogren's & Raynaud's come to mind.

Hi So Tired Of Feeling Like. I had a sinus infection for over a year too. Then someone recommend an exceptional ENT. He did surgery and cleaned both sinuses plus repaired my deviated septum. I felt so much better afterwards! He also had me buy a rhino wash machine. A small amount of sterile saline is put in it and you place it up to your nostril and breathe in the saline it sprays. I can't remember the "real" name and it isn't on the machine but I know Amazon used to sell them.

I'm just telling you this in case you can't find that exceptional ENT to do surgery. I still occasionally get sinus infections but nothing like that year. I know this doesn't address all your issues but if you're suffering like I was you might want to consider this. I hope you get some relief soon. Love, Butterflake
