Hi guys,
I’m curious if any of us here have tried the autoimmune diet? Has anyone had any success with it? Were the results temporary, or did they stop as soon as you went back to eating normally?
Like, I keep reading about
fix your diet fix your diet, but does that really “cure” anyone? Everyone feels worse when they eat like crud, regardless if they have autoimmunity or not, so it seems to me that fixing the diet just removes a temporary trigger that aggravates our symptoms, but it’s not the cause of these symptoms so it will never be the ultimate solution? Or are there people here who have permanently cured themselves through diet?

Hasn't necessarily been a "cure" for either Lupus or Sjogren's -- but I do feel better and have more energy.
