Hi everyone, just wanted you guys to know that my meds
are working and I've been level for a week or so. It's pretty
amazing that Cymbalta an Abilify work so quickly. I feel so
grateful to have these meds and to feel normal for the first time in 9 months.
It's just amazing. I made myself struggle through 3 days of throwing up and a week of hypo-mania to get adjusted to the meds and it has been worth it.
Also I will have 90 days sobriety tomorrow in A.A. I feel my self-esteem
is improving. Yay!!!!!

Yay for you!!

Remember to still keep an eye on your moods, during these first few weeks your body may change a few times as it adjusts itself to these new meds. I remember that great feeling of finally being able to see the sun through the clouds :)

Yes Mommy M...you're right about tracking the moods.
I got a little hypo last night...nothing I couldn't handle
but it is still happening.
